Showtek, the dynamic Dutch duo comprising Sjoerd and Wouter Janssen, has triumphantly returned to the hardstyle scene, making waves with the announcement of a impactful new album. The duo’s emotional connection to their music is evident in the debut single, ‘Dear Hardstyle,’ which holds a significant place in their hearts. Through this track, Showtek aimed to encapsulate the enduring presence and unity fostered by the hardstyle scene, presenting their emotions and passion in a fresh and unexplored manner. The addition of American artist Earl St. Clair to this collaboration adds a unique touch to the heartfelt track.
The grand comeback was celebrated during Showtek’s highly anticipated performance at Qlimax 2023 in the Dutch Gelredome stadium, Arnhem. This exclusive hardstyle set marked their return after a 15-year hiatus from the genre, and fans were thrilled by the announcement of a hardstyle album in 2024, with ‘Dear Hardstyle’ leading the way. The upcoming album will also showcase collaborations with esteemed artists such as Sub Zero Project, Dj Isaac, and Wildstylez. Beyond the album release, Showtek disclosed plans for a tour accompanying their hardstyle venture, named “360 Blue,” featuring exclusive shows in 2024 and 2025.
